About This Product

Capable of staining two 48-well plates (96 samples)

■Features

・Cell fixation, staining, and extraction possible: All necessary solutions except purified water (physiological saline) are included in the kit. ・Staining solution specialized for staining human fat cells: Adjusted to the optimal staining concentration and pH for staining fat droplets. ・Absorbance can be measured by eluting the dye: Absorbance can be measured by eluting the dye from fat droplets stained with Oil Red O. ・No toxic substances used ・Made in Japan

■Dyeing method

・Remove the culture medium from the cultured fat cells and wash them with physiological saline. ・Add OR fixative and let stand ・Clean with OR cleaning solution ・Add OR staining solution and leave it for about 30 minutes. *Please use the OR staining solution after diluting it with distilled water and filtering it with the included syringe and syringe filter.
