About This Product

A glycerin-filled pressure gauge with an outer diameter of Φ39 that can be screwed directly into modular valves and has excellent vibration resistance and durability. It is ideal for use in locations with severe mechanical vibrations where regular pressure gauges would be damaged in a short period of time. Even when modular valves are stacked, the pressure gauges do not touch each other, contributing to space savings. The standard built-in safety mark makes it easy to set pressure ranges and set values.

■Features

- This model is compatible with our original option "Coloring CR-39". ・Case is made of stainless steel <Improved contact resistance> ・Enclosed 100% glycerin liquid <Improved pulsation effect> ・Furthermore, the pressure gauge stock has a built-in ▷ dedicated throttle (damper) for buffering pulsating pressure and surge pressure. ・Safety mark standard equipment ・Easy-to-read 270 degree pressure scale angle ・We issue various certificates related to pressure gauges (traceability system diagram, certificate of acceptance, inspection report, calibration certificate).

■Specifications

- Can be screwed directly into the modular valve pressure detection port of the hydraulic circuit. ・The pressure gauge stock has a built-in dedicated throttle for buffering pulsating pressure and surge pressure. - Pressure gauges do not touch each other even when modular valves are stacked. ・Due to the viscous resistance of the 100% glycerin liquid inside the completely sealed pressure gauge, movement of the pointer due to mechanical vibration is more damped than before. In addition, the movement of the Bourdon tube is buffered, and the pulsating fluid suction effect is improved compared to conventional products. ・100% glycerin liquid lubricates worn parts such as bearings and gear parts inside the pressure gauge and improves the durability of the internal mechanism. It also prevents corrosion of internal parts. - Safety measures have been taken so that even if the Bourdon tube ruptures, the transparent plate on the front will not scatter and the hydraulic oil will drain from the safety cap. - A green safety mark is attached to the outer circumference of the transparent plate, making it easy to set the pressure range and set values. ・As a selection criterion, select a pressure gauge with the highest scale that is at least twice the pressure range you will be using.
