■Overview and featuresThis is a movable sliding scope that doubles as a track leveler to eliminate differences in level.

■One unit plays three roles.When the truck arrives, it is level set (up to 9.5°) at the height of the loading platform to form a stable bridge. On the other hand, when you want to eliminate the level difference between the platform and the ground, you can descend and create a gentle slope. We recommend installing a climbing leveler on the platform that can perform three functions in one device.

■Moves up and down quickly.It takes about 30 seconds to connect with the truck (ascent) and about 45 seconds to touch down with the ground (descend). The quick movement of the climbing leveler increases work efficiency.

■We have secured a passing load of 5 tons.SS41 is used for the structure, ensuring a passing load of 5 tons. We also take every possible measure to ensure operational safety.

■Creates a stable slope.The tip of the climbing leveler has a slide clip of 500mm when ascending and 1,000mm when descending, so there is a sense of stability that does not feel like there are any steps when transferring with a forklift.

■Solving the problem of eliminating stepsIn the case of a platform, the height is often decided according to the main truck, and a ramp for entry and exit of forklifts etc. is also constructed. By installing a ramp, it is not possible to secure the necessary truck berths, and there are many cases where trucks are left waiting on the road, causing a nuisance to neighbors.

In many cases, the level difference between the truck bed and the truck bed can be resolved by using a level difference remover such as a dock leveler, but when a truck with a very high bed, such as a container, arrives, the level difference is There are cases where forklifts are unable to enter and unload palletized products by hand.

In this way, when designing a platform, it is necessary to not only secure a truck berth, but also consider slopes and level difference removers. Climbing levelers solve this problem of eliminating steps.

■Advantages of climbing levelerCompatible with high-floor loading platforms such as containers that cannot be handled with regular dock levelers. (If there is a large difference in level between the platform and the truck bed, the forklift may not be able to enter even if a dock leveler is used.)
