Scala is a digital signage software that has been installed on over 500,000 screens in over 100 countries around the world. Scala has Content Manager, a content distribution and management system that can be easily operated over a network, Designer, which allows anyone to easily create and edit high-quality content, and stable operation 24 hours a day. The playback display system consists of three pieces of software: Player.
Features
■Update content by linking with external data and core systems. If you link it with Excel, you can update the content just by updating Excel.
Information can be updated in a timely manner by linking with weather, news, Excel, energy management systems, iBeacons, POS systems, etc. For example, if you create a template using Excel, you can rewrite the displayed information just by updating Excel.
■Easy to update content information
Even if you have no knowledge of HTML or Flash, you can easily update information using the template function. All you have to do is replace your photos, videos, and the text you want to update on the management screen.
■Easy to understand and use management screen
The intuitive and easy-to-understand management screen makes management easy and painless. Also, registering materials is easy as it is a drag-and-drop operation. Reduces operational effort.
■Permissions can be set according to the person in charge
To improve security and smooth business flow, each user can be assigned access privileges such as "Administrator" and "Designer". For example, an external production company can be assigned only permissions related to design, but cannot access content distribution schedules, etc. In this way, many standard permission settings are possible.
■Easy to manage network design
・Because it communicates via HTTP/HTTPS, you can centrally manage multiple locations with a single browser.
- Content updates are only differences. Therefore, only the minimum unit of content, the material, is updated differentially, reducing the network load.
