■Summary
"TASKGUARD Serverless Authentication Printing" realizes a serverless authentication printing system using ID cards. Since no server is required, it can be introduced at low cost. Printing begins after holding the ID card over the printer, which prevents output from being left behind or mixed up, and reduces the risk of information leaks such as preventing prying eyes and taking away important documents.
You can also print from other multifunction devices/printers on the same network by swiping your ID card, which can also reduce printing wait times during busy times. It is also compatible with A4 multifunction printers and can be used by a wide range of customers.

A serverless authentication printing system that stores print instructions from a PC in the multifunction device and starts printing when you hold your ID card over it. Since no server is required, it is low cost and easy to implement.

Print instructions from the PC are stored in the multifunction device, and printing begins when you hold your ID card over the multifunction device.
