About This Product

The miniaturization and high output of a gallium nitride (GaN) semipolar blue laser enables highly reliable, high-brightness fiber transmission. Ideal for integration into multi-chip packages and display system modules. Our technology has output wavelength versatility, enabling violet, blue, and green emission in the future, addressing a wide range of visible laser applications. Features ■Higher visible light output Semi-polar blue laser diodes, with output power of 3-5W per device, are capable of greater light output than LEDs that are more than 10 times the size. ■For various uses This is a laser light source used for various purposes such as laser-excited phosphor structures, monochromatic lasers, and RGB lasers. ■High gain A novel approach using unique semipolar GaN crystal planes increases device efficiency and reliability. ■Semi-polar Semipolar GaN devices eliminate internal electrostatic fields and maximize electron-hole overlap.
