A piezo element (piezoelectric element) is a device that has unique properties such as being able to expand and contract when voltage is applied to it, and conversely generate voltage when deformed. Generally, it is sometimes written as a piezoelectric element. Kyocera's piezo elements deform and vibrate from nanometers to hundreds of micrometers at intervals of less than a thousand to several tenths of a second, even in harsh environments, and repeat this process quickly and accurately.
