About This Product

Have you ever considered introducing a UV LED light source, but gave up because the existing ink was insufficiently cured? This may be due to "oxygen inhibition," which occurs when radicals generated by UV irradiation combine with oxygen in the atmosphere. In particular, Kyocera has developed a UV LED light source that achieves excellent curing performance without relying solely on power such as illuminance or integrated light intensity to combat oxygen inhibition, which is known as poor curing of ink surfaces. Features

■Compatible with a wide variety of inks

It exhibits excellent curing performance for inks and resins that are difficult to cure with conventional UV LED light sources, such as low migration inks, coat varnishes, and inks for metal halide lamps.

■Integrated structure with Kyocera UV LED light source (G5A/G5H)

Unlike conventional nitrogen purge systems that require a closed space, G5AN/G5HN can efficiently flow nitrogen to the UV irradiation area and reduce oxygen concentration by simply installing it in the customer's equipment. Therefore, there is no need for major modifications to the equipment for the purpose of creating a closed space. *A separate nitrogen supply source such as a nitrogen generator is required.

■Connectable unit structure

The unit structure is 80mm wide and can be connected, so the irradiation width can be expanded to match the printing size (80mm to 1,600mm).
