Features

■High integrated light intensity of 400mJ/cm2 (approximately 1.5 times compared to G5A)

By optimizing the LED placement and heat sink size, we have achieved an integrated light intensity of 400 mJ/cm2, which is approximately 1.5 times as much as our previous product G5A, which is one of the extremely important performance characteristics for curing properties. ・For wave lengths of 385nm and 395nm ・Transportation speed: 50m/min

■Irradiation width can be freely adjusted with connectable unit structure

The 80mm unit structure allows connection of light sources. The irradiation width can be customized to suit a wide variety of printed materials, and can range from a minimum of 80mm to a maximum of 1,600mm. In addition, it can be connected to external devices via serial communication, and the irradiation width can be controlled in 26.5 mm increments, so it is possible to adjust the irradiation width and select the irradiation area according to the printing target.

■Achieve stable operation with irradiation status monitoring function

Through serial communication, it has monitoring functions such as LED temperature, LED current, fan operating time, cumulative irradiation time, etc. In addition, it is possible to detect system abnormalities, output errors to the host, and notify when it is time to replace a filter and the life of an LED, ensuring stable system operation.
