About This Product

Features

■Achieves illuminance of 24W/cm2 and cumulative light amount of 270mJ/cm2

The heat dissipation design, which includes a ceramic substrate with excellent heat dissipation and a heat sink, maximizes energy efficiency and achieves an illuminance of 24W/cm2 (irradiation distance 0mm) with air cooling. Furthermore, by achieving an integrated light intensity of 270mJ/cm2 (50m/min), which is an important indicator of curing properties, it achieves high-speed curing comparable to water-cooled systems. ・For wave lengths of 385nm and 395nm ・Illuminance is when the irradiation distance is 0mm and the cumulative light intensity is 50m/min.

■More flexibility with smaller size and lighter weight

Compact (80.3 x 88.0 x 150.5 mm) and lightweight (1.0 kg), maximizing system flexibility. Despite its high illuminance, it uses an air-cooling system, which eliminates the need for a chiller (cooling unit) device required with water-cooling systems, reducing initial capital investment.

■Irradiation width can be freely adjusted with connectable unit structure

The 80mm unit structure allows connection of light sources. The irradiation width can be customized to suit a wide variety of printed materials, and can range from a minimum of 80mm to a maximum of 1,600mm. In addition, it can be connected to external devices via serial communication, and the irradiation width can be controlled in 26.5 mm increments, so it is possible to adjust the irradiation width and select the irradiation area according to the printing target.

■Achieve stable operation with irradiation status monitoring function

Through serial communication, it has monitoring functions such as LED temperature, LED current, fan operating time, cumulative irradiation time, etc. In addition, it is possible to detect system abnormalities, output errors to the host, and notify when it is time to replace a filter and the life of an LED, ensuring stable system operation.
