About This Product
■No damage to the workpiece due to non-contact measurement using an air pressure measurement mandrel.
Measuring diameter, cone, or pairing clearance. Workpieces may be uncleaned, oiled, or have coolant attached. Measuring air cleans the measuring point.
■Double jet ring gauge Millimar 6300
- Mahr / Mahr Federal's nozzle ring gauge has a large clearance tolerance, making it easier to insert into the bore to be measured and extending the measurement range.
・Long service life: The service life of the nozzle plug gauge is extended by widening the gap between the plug gauges and finishing the main body with hard chrome plating (optional).
・The recessed measuring nozzle is located deep within the plug gauge body and is protected from damage.
・Because the nozzle size is large, clogging with dirt and oil is less likely to occur.
