About This Product

The AP-9230 is a successor to the long-selling MP-41, and is the latest model with improved product design, safety, and usability. Thick futons and other items are now easier to vacuum pack.

In order to support vacuum packing of large products such as blankets, futons, clothing, down jackets, etc., the usable height has been increased by 10 cm compared to conventional products, and can now accommodate up to 30 cm. It is useful in cleaning shops, bedding manufacturers, apparel manufacturers, etc. Demand for disaster stockpiled blankets is also increasing.

■Seal effective dimensions・Easy to operate with touch panel: Effective seal size is 920 mm, compatible with bag openings of 900 mm, and seal width is 10 mm for reliable sealing.
・Course settings can be changed with one touch: The height is 10cm higher than the previous model, and can now accommodate up to 30cm. Soft items such as futons can be vacuum packed even if they are over 30cm long.

■Consideration for safety・When the lid closes, it pauses to ensure safety.
・Prevents pinching and unexpected accidents using photoelectric sensors and contact sensors.

■Easy and easy settings・Vacuum timer: Determines how much compression/vacuum is applied
・Seal timer: Compatible with a wide range of bags from plastic bags to aluminum foil. It is also possible to adjust the pressing force, which is advantageous for thick bags, etc.
・Seal cooling timer: By setting it to approximately twice the sealing time, you can expect an increase in cooling effect and seal strength.
・Wrinkle removal timer: Since vacuum is created while pressing inside the inner chamber of the machine, even items that would normally be finished with uneven surfaces can be finished flat.
