- Standard casing materials are aluminum and stainless steel.
- Strong body with excellent chemical resistance and resistance to wear and corrosion.
- Essentially explosion-proof type.
■Resin type
・A wide variety of pump materials are available.
- Non-wetted parts are also made of PP so that it can be used in corrosive atmospheres.
・The clamp band is also made of stainless steel.
- Suitable for transferring corrosive and abrasive liquids at room temperature.
- Intrinsically explosion-proof specification that can be used in explosion-proof areas.
- Simple structure and easy maintenance.
■Sanitary type
・As a special specification, sanitary types suitable for production processes in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries can be manufactured.
- All wetted parts as well as the air chamber and mount are polished.
- Compatible with CIP/SIP.
- No contamination due to smooth and clean surface.
・Both screw and clamp methods are available for the connection. It is also easy to remove.
- Compared to other types of pumps of the same size, the sanitary type has a larger inner diameter of the flow path to allow larger solids to pass through.
