About This Product

For long-distance, high-lift transportation of various chemicals and fluids, such as water treatment chemicals and polymer flocculants.

■High-precision constant-velocity cam achieves continuous, constant flow without pulsation

Adopts a simple drive mechanism with a one-cam structure that creates continuous flow by keeping the sum of the discharge volumes of the left and right pump heads constant. Achieved quantitative and highly accurate liquid delivery without uneven injection.

■Does not damage the fluid

There are no sliding parts, so it will not deteriorate due to shear, wear, pressure, or temperature changes.

■No risk of liquid leakage or chemical liquid scattering

Since there is no mechanical seal, there is no leakage to the outside, and there is no need to worry about the pump burning out even if it runs dry.

■Simple piping design

Since an air chamber is not required, risks such as piping vibration due to a decrease in air and chemical liquid scattering due to air chamber damage can be avoided. It also reduces maintenance costs such as air replenishment and pressure adjustment.

■It is possible to reduce the diameter of piping and extend the distance.

Since there is no pulsation, it is possible to design with smaller diameter and cheaper piping. This greatly contributes to reducing initial costs, especially for piping with high unit costs, such as stainless steel piping and lined piping.

■Durable and easy maintenance

It has few consumables and is easy to disassemble and replace.

■Easy to measure flow rate

Since the flow is constant, the amount of chemicals used can be controlled with a flow meter.

■Reduced CO2 emissions by approximately 50% (compared to our conventional model)

Because it can transfer at high head with a small motor, CO2 emissions are reduced by approximately 50% compared to conventional diaphragm pumps (300L/H class). Contributing to a low carbon society.

■Built-in inverter eliminates the need for troublesome electrical work (BPLV only)
