The Hitachi Customer Center provides 24-hour support for issues such as card suspension due to card loss when the administrator is absent, such as on Saturdays, Sundays, or at night, as well as inquiries about how to operate the system. Additionally, system status can be remotely monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at the Hitachi Customer Center. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with the access control equipment, engineers will be dispatched from the nearest business location as necessary.
■Simply attach the "N tag sticker" to your existing card or employee ID card
Customers who think, ``I have an employee ID card, but I need a second card for entering and leaving the room...'' "N tag sticker" is the solution. If you paste it on your employee ID card and register it, you can use it as an immediate entry/exit card.
