About This Product

■Summary

Hitachi's environmental testing equipment "Cosmopia" meets the demands of the times with functionality and reliability. Environmental test equipment is used in many fields such as semiconductors, electronic components, and biotechnology, and is required to be highly functional for more advanced development and research. At the heart of Hitachi's system is a scroll compressor that provides efficient and stable performance in the low frequency range. We create a testing environment that is essential for improving the reliability of various products and for experiments and research in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical fields.

■Features

Towards a new stage in constant temperature and humidity chambers and constant temperature chambers.

■“Linexus”

Introducing a new series with excellent energy saving performance, temperature change performance, and continuous operation function.

■Energy saving performance

Energy saving performance has been improved by inverter control of the scroll compressor. By inverter controlling the scroll compressor (600W) of refrigerator 1 in the entire temperature/humidity control range, excellent energy-saving performance is achieved. (Equipped with 2 refrigerators)

■Temperature change performance

Excellent temperature change (decrease) performance has been achieved by operating two refrigerators simultaneously. When the temperature changes (falls), chiller 1 and chiller 2 are operated simultaneously to increase the refrigeration capacity and achieve a temperature change rate of 3°C/min for both rise and fall.

■Continuous operation performance

Equipped as standard with a continuous operation function that alternately operates two refrigerators. This is a new function that enables continuous operation in the operation mode where refrigerator 1 is operated independently, by performing backup operation of refrigerator 2 while refrigerator 1 is in defrosting operation (off-cycle defrosting by stopping the refrigerator). This function is applicable to the dry bulb temperature range of 10 to 40°C for both constant temperature and constant temperature and humidity control.
