About This Product

■Improved operability and serviceability by adopting a liquid crystal touch panelAdoption of LCD touch panel (refrigerator information is displayed on the LCD screen)

■Two modes can be set depending on the applicationFor "suction pressure control" and "interior temperature control", mode switching is possible using external input signals. Please use this when switching the setting values ​​such as "pre-cooling (set temperature inside the refrigerator -20℃)" and "freezing (set temperature inside the refrigerator -40℃)".

■Frequency controlWe have prepared four types of frequency control methods to accommodate a variety of uses. (Selected by switch on printed circuit board)

■Suction pressure controlThe cooling load is determined based on the detected value of the suction pressure sensor built into the refrigerator, and the compressor rotation speed is continuously controlled.

■Interior temperature controlThe temperature inside the refrigerator is input as a 4 to 20 mA DC signal from a temperature controller prepared on site to the refrigerator control panel, the cooling load is determined, and the compressor rotation speed is continuously controlled.

■External contact controlA non-voltage contact signal prepared on site is input to the compressor control panel to control the compressor rotation speed in three stages.

■Proportional controlThe operating frequency is continuously controlled by an external DC4 to 20mA current signal.

■Noise filter available as an optionA noise filter for the inverter is available as an option. Regarding noise countermeasures, please take measures on-site as necessary. As an option, it is also possible to ship a product with a noise filter built into it. Please contact our sales office for details.

■Reducing compressor restart prevention timeOnce the compressor of a constant speed machine is stopped, the compressor cannot be restarted for 10 minutes to prevent restart in order to protect the motor and reduce the startup load. The inverter machine can reduce the motor load by starting at a low frequency, shortening the restart time that used to take 10 minutes, and shortening the stop time (3 minutes at the time of shipment) according to the operation command from the load side. You can restart it.

■Refrigerating machine oil is already includedRefrigeration oil (Freol α32N) is shipped with the initial amount sealed. However, depending on the operating conditions, additional on-site packaging may be required, so please check carefully when operating.
