About This Product

■Summary

A new refrigerant, R32 Matrix Sigma, is now available in the brine specification (for low temperature) series with consideration for environmental impact and improved energy savings.

■Features

- Adoption of new refrigerant R32. ・New lineup of 1800 type and 2000 type. ・It is possible to reduce the risk of complete stoppage. ・Improved energy efficiency and cooling capacity, increasing replacement capability. ・Equipped as standard with module control function that can be used with various local systems. ・Easy setting and inspection with touch panel. ・A renewal installation type can be selected in addition to the standard installation type (custom order available).

■Adoption of new refrigerant R32

The new refrigerant R32 is used as a refrigerant. This refrigerant has a global warming potential approximately 67% lower than the conventional refrigerant R410A. We worked to reduce our environmental impact.

■One module consists of multiple independent refrigeration cycles

In the unlikely event that one refrigeration cycle malfunctions, other normal refrigeration cycles will continue to operate. The risk of complete stoppage can be reduced.

■Operation at abnormal stop

In the case of an alarm that is common to all cycles, all cycles will stop, but the module that has stopped due to the alarm will be disconnected from unit control, and operation will continue with the remaining normal modules. In the same way, even if Unit 1 (master unit) stops alarming, operation continues, excluding Unit 1 itself.

■Improved replacement capability. Improved cooling COP and cooling capacity

In adopting the new refrigerant R32, we improved the cooling COP and cooling capacity by improving the compressor, refrigeration cycle, and brine side heat exchanger.

■Module control possible for up to 8 modules in 1 group

Equipped with module control function as standard. A dedicated controller for controlling the number of units is not required. (Remote operation command input is required.) Up to 8 modules can be controlled as one group from the main unit controller. In addition to controlling the number of units in response to load fluctuations, you can also choose to operate all units at all times without controlling the number of units.

■Easy operation with LCD touch panel

A color LCD touch panel is used for the display and operation section, and the display screen is designed to be easy to read and understand, improving visibility and operability.

■Status display screen

You can check the unit status, pump status, and fan status at a glance. You can also check the contents of alarms and warnings on this screen.
