■Easy installation work similar to existing conventional typeSince it is an integrated unit equivalent to 80, 100, or 120 horsepower, when upgrading from an existing conventional type (integrated type) equivalent to 80, 100, or 120 horsepower, water piping connection work and wiring work can be performed in the same way as with the existing machine. (2 cycles of water piping connections, 1 line of wiring connections). Compared to units equivalent to Matrix Advance 40, 50, and 60 horsepower, on-site construction work can be reduced.

■Module control possible when multiple units are installedEquipped with number control function as standard. A dedicated controller for controlling the number of units is not required (remote operation command input is required). The combined use of compressor operating capacity control and chiller unit operation number control stabilizes the water supply temperature and reduces pump conveyance power (when the chiller unit and pump are 1:1).

■Features of screw compressors・Regular maintenance is essential to reduce the risk of sudden breakdowns and ensure stable operation of equipment. Screw compressors can be overhauled (disassembled and maintained) and planned preventive maintenance can be performed.
・The compressor overhaul (disassembly and maintenance) cycle has been extended from 24,000 hours for the conventional model (compact type AZ5) to 40,000 hours. It also reduces maintenance costs.
・Overhaul cycle: 40,000 hours of operation time
・Refrigerating machine oil change・Various inspection intervals: 2 years
・The "continuous control" specification allows for highly accurate outlet water temperature control due to stepless control. In addition, "continuous control" that does not use an inverter changes the operating capacity mechanically, so there is no harmonic generation from the compressor.

■Highly accurate outlet water temperature control possibleThe operating capacity of the compressor is controlled steplessly according to the load, and a stable outlet water temperature is supplied to the load. There is no need to operate at a water temperature lower than the specified temperature, allowing for highly efficient operation. If the inlet water temperature fluctuates significantly in a short period of time, it is necessary to secure a large amount of water.

■Improved energy efficiencyIt has excellent partial load characteristics and significantly reduces annual power consumption.
