■Uses a well-established non-symmetrical tooth compressor
It is based on the latest energy-saving compressor for general air conditioning, which improves operating efficiency through suction with an asymmetric tooth profile and reduced leakage losses.
■Expansion of operating range and flattening of efficiency with overcompression prevention valve
This is a newly developed compressor specifically designed for information and communications applications, with an overcompression prevention valve normally used to prevent damage. Expands the operating range and flattens efficiency.
■Convert inverter compressor motor to DC
Efficiency has been improved near the low speed rotation range where the compressor operates for a long time.
■Inverter control
Inverter control operates at a capacity according to the load, reducing wasteful temperature control operations such as reheat control.
■High sensible heat design
It is important to maintain humidity in server rooms to control the generation of static electricity, but normal cooling operation also dehumidifies the room, so humidification is required to compensate for this. In high sensible heat operation, dehumidification is suppressed as much as possible, so humidification caused by dehumidification is not required, and energy spent on dehumidification and humidification can be reduced.
■Low pressure ratio control
Typical air conditioners operate stably by keeping high pressure high when the outside temperature is low, but in this case, power consumption does not decrease even if the outside temperature is low. By applying low pressure ratio control, when the outside temperature is low, the high pressure is reduced as much as reliability allows, reducing power consumption.
■Equipped with multi-point temperature measurement control
In addition to the suction/outlet temperature sensors installed inside the indoor unit, a temperature sensor can be added as an option. Control target values are set individually for the temperature sensor, and it is possible to select from two types of control: "Cooling Emphasis" and "Balance Emphasis".
■Adoption of minimum air volume control (when variable air volume control is applied)
It is possible to set the lower limit at which the air volume changes using variable air volume control. The required air volume can be secured even with variable air volume control.
■Both suction temperature and outlet temperature can be controlled.
In addition to conventional blowout temperature control, suction temperature control can also be selected for server rooms.
■Harmonic compatible
Under maximum operating current conditions, the equivalent negative sequence current is 30% or less.
■EMC performance
Noise generation is suppressed in accordance with standards for information processing equipment (VCCI voluntary regulations).
