About This Product

■Summary

The computer-specific package air conditioner is a bottom-blowing type that blows out conditioned air onto the free access floor (under the floor) of the computer room. The inverter compact type uses a new structure to achieve compactness and consideration for sensible heat capacity. In addition, with a variety of functions that are easy to maintain, it provides an air-conditioned environment suitable for server rooms.

■Pursuing compactness

The width of the indoor unit has been reduced compared to previous models, allowing for a greater number of units to be installed, making it compact and highly effective in cooling, helping to cope with the increased heat output of IT equipment. Additionally, the NP450 and NP900 types can be transported using an emergency elevator*3.

■About sensible heat capacity per wall length

Indoor units are generally installed along the wall of the information and communication equipment room. Therefore, the sensible heat capacity that can handle the heat generation in the information and communication equipment room is limited by [the number of indoor units that can be installed along the wall of the information and communication equipment room], so it is evaluated based on the sensible heat capacity per wall length. , which is an indicator of compactness.

■Pipe shaft

Sensible heat capacity per cross-sectional area of ​​refrigerant piping including insulation material*4 is also significantly increased compared to conventional models with approximately the same capacity (equivalent piping length of 70 m or less)

■Can be transported in parts (NP900 type/NP1260 type)

The NP900 and NP1260 models are split types, and their indoor units have the same dimensions as the NP450 model (width 1,295mm x depth 900mm x height 1,950mm) and NP630 model (width 1,795mm x depth 900mm x height 1,950mm). This allows for easy transportation.

■Elevator transport is possible (NP450 [900] type only)

Due to its compact size, it can be transported using an emergency elevator.

■Supports energy saving in server rooms

Adopts various energy-saving structures and technologies, including a large turbo fan. While trying to make it more compact, we have also taken into account energy saving.

■Improved fan efficiency

The large turbo fan used in this machine has improved fan efficiency by approximately 20% compared to the sirocco fan used in previous machines. Due to the compactness of the indoor unit, power consumption has been reduced even though the ventilation resistance inside the aircraft has increased.
