By adopting a DC fan motor, we have achieved a high APF2015 and high COP.
■Reducing power consumption
A DC motor is used for the indoor fan motor. By improving the low-speed performance of the compressor and optimizing refrigeration cycle control, we have significantly reduced the amount of electricity consumed during each period.
■Standard motor can handle high static pressure
Conventional models required a motor upgrade to handle high static pressure, but with the beltless system, the standard motor can handle high static pressure.
■Fan rotation speed can be set from the operation panel
The rotation speed can be changed on site during trial operation or even after delivery, depending on the external static pressure and air volume.
■Expanding the range of standard support for external input/output
- Two new output terminals are standard equipment (selectable from ◎ in the table below). Previously, it was necessary to prepare auxiliary relays on site, but terminal extraction is now standard, and output settings can be easily made from the operation panel.
- Can be further expanded with the optional "external input/output signal extraction kit" and "compressor capacity control analog input connection kit".
- Easy remote operation by simply adding a remote control (optional). Room temperature can also be controlled using a remote control thermometer (built into the remote control) or a remote sensor (optional).
■A wealth of optional features
Various heaters, spray humidifiers, and high-performance filters for back suction, which were previously shipped built-in to the main unit as special orders, are now available as options. Additionally, a suction square duct flange (fresh air intake) and an external input/output signal extraction kit are now available as options.
■ Consideration of design freedom with long piping
Achieves an actual refrigerant piping length of 165m (equivalent length of 190m) and a height difference of up to 50m (40m when the outdoor unit is on the bottom). Furthermore, if the outdoor unit is installed above the indoor unit, a maximum height difference of 90m is possible upon request. More flexible design is now possible even for large properties.
■Supports installation of outdoor units on each floor
With three high static pressure settings (on-site setting) of 80Pa, 60Pa, and 30Pa, it is now possible to accommodate a wide variety of installations on each floor.
