About This Product

■Sufficient consideration has been given to safety and reliability as this is an area where explosive gas is used.Hitachi's flameproof explosion-proof hoist V series/crane saddle is designed to be used in places where explosive gases are used, such as chemical and painting factories. Can be used with gases up to ignition level G4 and explosion class (2).

■Summary・The electrical equipment of the V series hoist/crane saddle has a flameproof and explosion-proof structure, and is completely enclosed. In the unlikely event that explosive gas explodes inside the container, it is guaranteed to withstand the pressure and will not ignite the gas outside.
- Explosion-proof selection criteria are based on factory electrical equipment explosion-proof guidelines and gas vapor explosion-proof standards, and the conditions vary depending on ignition degree, explosion class, and hazardous location.
・Not only the motor but also the brake and terminal box are flameproof and explosion-proof. (Product approved by the Ministry of Labor)

■Top run type saddleThis rail type has a wide range of applications and is often used for hoist cranes.
