About This Product
■Summary
The biohazard countermeasure cabinet (safety cabinet), which is an infectious disease control device, is a product that achieves worker safety and contamination control. Due to the sudden outbreak of new viruses and unknown bacteria, it is essential for handling specimens such as PCR tests. The working opening height can be selected from 250 mm and 200 mm, and by expanding the area where aerosol flows backward, it is possible to improve contamination control.
Class II biohazard cabinets are important devices that handle pathogens, so maintaining their performance on a daily basis is essential. Depending on the pathogens being handled, inspections are required at least once a year. We recommend a maintenance package that includes annual inspections.
■Can be used with either 250/200mm
・Automatically control the performance guaranteed wind speed of 250/200mm by operating the front shutter
- If used outside of 250 or 200mm, a buzzer and "oPEn" display will warn you. Prevents misuse of opening and narrowing (When the front shutter is fully closed, "CLoS" is displayed and the buzzer does not sound.)
■Touch switch panel
We use pictograms that allow you to visualize the operation.
■Increase the area where aerosol flows backward by approximately 20%
Place unnecessary aerosol generation factors in the rear airflow to suppress contamination to the work area and clean area (temporary storage of laboratory equipment)
■JIS C 8159-1 straight tube LED lamp adopted
Adopts JIS C 8159-1 straight tube LED lamp. User can replace the LED lamp. (LED lamp rated life 40,000 hours. JIS standard product)
■Displays the cumulative lighting time of the LED lamp
When lighting starts, the cumulative time will be displayed in 10 hour increments.
■Airflow balance based on JIS/NSF test method
We conduct airflow balance tests using Bacillus subtilis using our own testing equipment.
