■Using hybrid VCB
- The number of parts in the operating mechanism has been reduced by 85% compared to our conventional model, and all sliding parts use solid lubrication, making it greaseless and improving reliability and safety.
・Maintainability has been improved by reducing the number of parts and eliminating grease, achieving optimal LCM*.
*LCM (Life Cycle Management): A concept that deals with asset management according to each process of the life cycle.
■Safety
- Safety is ensured by housing the main circuit equipment, including the bus bar, in a strong, grounded metal container.
- Non-flammable SF6 gas insulation.
- We have confirmed the insulation performance to withstand grid voltage even if the gas pressure drops to atmospheric pressure.
■Maintainability
By adopting a hybrid VCB, we have reduced inspection work and extended the inspection cycle.
■Environmental friendliness
The optimum storage equipment layout design and lower gas pressure reduce SF6 gas usage by 14% compared to previous models, contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.
