About This Product

■Summary"The Motor" series premium motors pursue even higher efficiency and energy savings.

■High efficiency/energy savingSatisfies Top Runner regulation efficiency values. Achieves high economic efficiency through energy saving.

■Heat resistance class F is adopted as standard for all models.Previously, heat-resistant class E was used for outputs of 3.7 kW or less, and heat-resistant class B was used for 5.5 to 22 kW (equivalent to 4 poles), but Top Runner Motors uses highly reliable "heat-resistant class F" materials for all models. I upgraded. The temperature rise value tends to be the same or lower than that of conventional motors, so when used in a package, the temperature inside the refrigerator will be better than before.

Furthermore, although Top Runner Motor is intended for use in Japan, it will also serve as a base for use overseas in the future. Heat resistance class F is becoming the standard for overseas motor manufacturers, and we are also considering compliance with global standards.

■Same installation dimensions as standard motor・For 3.7kW or less, the external dimensions are the same as standard efficiency motors.
・For 5.5 to 15kW or less, the overall length is the same as the standard efficiency motor.

■Space savingWe can also accommodate terminal box top structures over the entire output range. By mounting the terminal box on top, the width of the motor can be significantly reduced and floor space can be reduced.
In addition, if you suddenly change the direction of the outlet, you can simply change the direction of the terminal box. Furthermore, if you use both left-mounted and right-mounted terminal boxes, the terminal box structure allows you to use both types by changing the exit direction.

■Equipped with IP55 protection structure as standard (outdoor type)IP55 is standard for outdoor specification motors in Europe and other countries. Until now, in Japan, IP44 structure was the standard, and IP55 was made to order. The Top Runner motor also follows the IP55 outdoor motor adopted in "The Motor Neo100" series, which aims to become a global standard. The adopted IP55 structure is a highly reliable structure based on our unique design concept.
