■Verification test method - Achieving judgments close to human recognition -
Adopts Hitachi's unique matching inspection method, the adjustable matching method. It responds to changes in the size and thickness of dot characters and performs judgments similar to human recognition. As a result, the size and slant of characters that would be judged as NG by general image recognition are now judged as OK, which not only improves the detection rate of defective products but also reduces unnecessary NG judgments.
■Compatible with color cameras ~ Achieving highly flexible print inspection ~
Since it is compatible with color cameras, it is possible to detect color differences that cannot be detected with monochrome cameras. Color filter processing is also done using software, so there is no need to worry about selecting lighting or installing color filters.

By following the guidance displayed on the screen, you can automatically set the parameters required for inspection.

It is highly compatible with the Hitachi IJ printer "Gravis", and allows the printer to automatically link product type changes and print content changes to the print inspection equipment. It is also possible to receive and inspect character strings printed on the printer side via communication.

All inspection information of the print inspection device is recorded. It is effective in tracking past test results (traceability).
