■Touch screen (optional)
A 10-inch full-color touch screen with icons allows for simple and intuitive operation. Print data and settings can be displayed instantly, allowing stress-free operation.
■Laser marker application PC software (optional)
You can perform various operations using your own computer. In addition to creating and saving print data, you can also create original fonts and convert and edit logo data. It also has a variety of functions, such as the ability to download and manage settings for multiple laser markers.
■High-speed printing of 600 characters per second
High-speed printing of 600 characters significantly reduces printing time. This makes it possible to print not only on stationary objects but also on objects that move at high speed on the production line.
■Equipped with high efficiency cooling system
Cools efficiently by flowing air throughout the laser oscillator, which is the heart of the laser marker. This suppresses the temperature rise of the laser oscillator and improves the stability of laser output. This enables stable and clear printing without variations in print quality, such as the darkness and depth of printed characters.
■Laser status indicator (3-color indicator)
The head is equipped with a three-color indicator light that indicates the operation of laser irradiation. It has a safety design that allows you to check the laser status at a glance.
■All-in-one body
By incorporating a controller (control unit) into the laser marker head, there is no need to connect or install a controller, which was previously required, and a compact body consisting only of the head has been realized. Contributes to reducing installation space.
