About This Product
High-precision NC-controlled targeted cleaning enables reliable deburring of the entire surface of the workpiece.
The turret high-pressure NC cleaning machine uses a high pressure of 30MPa and a turret/tilt table, making it possible to reliably remove burrs from the entire surface of the workpiece through targeted cleaning using highly accurate NC control. We have achieved deburring cleaning, which was impossible with conventional cleaning processes. It is particularly effective in removing burrs from all six sides of the workpiece.
In addition, you can input cleaning programs accurately with simple operations. It also operates fully automatically, from automatic loading and unloading to precision cleaning and air blowing.
