Achieves high-power cleaning and deburring with MAX50Mp ultra-high pressure jet.
The high-pressure CNC deburring and washer MNC-20, 30, 50, and HP series achieve unprecedented precision cleaning by using high pressure and cleaning all areas. It is now possible to deburr deep holes, blind holes, and complex circuit ports. What's more, the NC control, advanced programming functions, and extensive standard equipment greatly contribute to productivity through labor savings.

■Ultra-high pressure injection for deburring and cleaning
MAX50Mp's ultra-high-pressure spray enables post-processing deburring and cleaning processes to be performed at the same time, significantly shortening the work process time.
■High-power cleaning with high-performance nozzles
Achieves high-power cleaning with 20Mp/30Mp/50Mp high-pressure pump performance and NC-controlled nozzle. Demonstrates excellent cleaning power for various workpieces such as deep holes, blind holes, and complex circuit ports.
■Selecting highly reliable high-pressure pumps from a wide variety of models
Build a highly reliable cleaning system with optimal cost performance and in-time.
■Uses unique work posture control tilt mechanism
Accurate targeted cleaning of the entire surface of the workpiece is achieved with a highly accurate workpiece posture control tilt mechanism. Ultra-precise targeted cleaning with NC control of the basic 3 axes of XYZ and additional rotational axes.
■Highly versatile operability
General-purpose NC language program and excellent panel operation. The cleaning program is executed with the same operability as a machining machine.
■Supports various options
Various types of cleaning and advanced mechanical deburring are also possible, including automatic loading/unloading of workpieces outside the cleaning machine, automatic loading/unloading mechanism, and multi-axis turret head.
