■Features
Centrifugal gas blowers can draw vacuum and generate positive pressure. Therefore, it economically produces dry, clean gas at low pressure, leading to increased production. To create this velocity with a continuous flow of gas, each blower has a series of impellers. Gas is absorbed at the inlet, sent to the impeller, and discharged from the outlet.
The impeller is individually balanced, assembled onto the shaft, and then balanced as a complete assembly. These components are manufactured from a variety of materials, and additional protective coatings against corrosive gases are also available. The impeller also has graduated blade angles and a different number.
The number of stages a blower is equipped with depends on the application and pressure requirements. Each blower can be manufactured from 1 to 10 stages, with each stage having an impeller. Single stage blowers, like one impeller, are specialized for low pressure applications.
On the other hand, 10 stages, like 10 impellers, are specialized for high pressure applications. The amount of resistance to gas flow determines the pressure required. The greater the resistance, the greater the number of stages.
Numerous components make up our blowers, including baffle rings, balance positions, multi-shrouded impellers, flexible couplings, cast housings, labyrinth seals, carbon ring seals, and MAX seals (machine axial).
