It is effective against harsh conditions such as heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
The centrifugal air blower proposed by Mikuni Machine Industry has the highest efficiency among centrifugal fans because the impeller blades face outward, resulting in less collision loss at the blade inlet and smooth airflow within the blades. Static pressure increases as the blade exit angle increases; if the angle is 45° or less, even if the air volume increases, the shaft power will not exceed a certain value.
Suitable for applications with relatively high static pressure compared to sirocco fans or limit load fans.
For products that handle high temperatures, high humidity, contaminated air, or special gases, install a water-cooled or controlled air-cooling mechanism for the bearing, use heat-resistant steel, and lining the bearing with rubber, lead, or other heat-resistant, gas-resistant, and abrasion-resistant materials. We select and use appropriate materials and surface treatments.
