About This Product

A vibration stirrer is a device that can uniformly stir and mix highly viscous substances and fine powders in a container by applying high-speed eccentric motion to the container. For the first time, vibration-based stirring, which was only possible on a laboratory scale, has been realized on a production scale. Since no tools such as stirring blades or spatulas are used, there is no need for cleaning, and contamination due to residual color after cleaning can be completely prevented. It can be widely used for stirring and mixing various inks (metal inks, gravure inks), pigments, high viscosity paints, pastes (silver), etc.
