About This Product

This is an expandable stirring blade type melting device that can be used in combination with a screw feeder for powder feeding, from automatic (metering) feeding to stirring, dissolving, and mixing. By using an air motor as the stirring motor, it also supports explosion-proof specifications. A butterfly valve is used to discharge the dissolved mixed liquid, allowing almost the entire volume to be discharged without leaving any remaining liquid.

■Applications

Dissolving and stirring various powders and liquids. It is also ideal for dissolving flocculants.
