About This Product

■Filling and capping of plastic tanks can be done with one unit; integrated structure with screw capper

After filling the plastic tank, slide the container sideways and perform capping work. If you start with the cap lightly tightened (temporarily tightened) at the container mouth by hand, the cap will be tightened with a constant torque pressure (value setting), so you don't have to worry about it coming loose.

■Easy to operate and disassemble and clean; the sanitary structure of the wetted parts makes it easy to disassemble and clean.

All wetted parts are connected with ferrules, so they can be easily disassembled and cleaned. We use only hygienic materials such as SUS304 sanitary or Teflon. Operation is a simple touch panel operation.
