About This Product

■Vacuum mechanism that prevents foaming

A vacuum mechanism is available as an option, which is ideal for materials with high foaming properties such as detergents and soy sauce, and once foamed, the foam does not disappear and remains until the end.

■Degassing the remaining air in the BIB

The biggest cause of foaming during filling is the entrapment of air remaining at the top of the bag-in-box at the start of filling. Before filling, this remaining air is first sucked in and degassed. Filling starts when air is completely exhausted.

■No foaming during filling

Filling without air completely suppresses foaming even with highly foaming detergents and soy sauces. Due to foaming immediately after filling, bubbles are ejected at the end, so the previously suppressed filling speed can be increased without worrying, so it is possible to fill at the same speed as water.

■Can also be filled with cardboard

The inner bag can be filled without any problem even if it is already placed in a cardboard box. When filling with only the inner bag, by adding a back support, it is possible to cap the product without air entering again when the filling nozzle is removed.
