About This Product

■Features of BIB filling machine

・Liquid filling and capping work can be done by one person with this single machine ・Capping can be controlled by torque (*Torque value setting) ・There is no need to inflate the inner bag in advance because it is inflated and filled while it is in close contact with the container mouth. ・Actual measurement data can be output for filling value and capping torque value (*.csv format | SD card) ・Available for any type of filling container (molded, pillow, gusset) - Compatible with all container manufacturers (*Special fixing jig required, nozzle/capper head replacement may be required) ・It is possible to fill the inner bag even if it is still inside the cardboard box. ・A vacuum mechanism can be installed to fill highly foaming liquids such as detergents (*optional) ・Liquid supply can be done by “gravity” or “pump” Two-stage flow control is performed using an "air-operated butterfly valve" or "inverter control of pump rotation speed." It is also possible to use existing pumps. ・The liquid supply part is sanitary and can be easily disassembled for cleaning. Drainage hose connection or CIP cleaning is also possible by attaching an attachment to the nozzle tip.
