About This Product

■Quickly weigh and drop instant mass measurement for speedy filling

The cup weighing device uses a cup to weigh the powdery material that falls from the hopper under its own weight, then turns it around while scraping it and discharges it directly below. You can measure and discharge the raw materials without worrying about damaging them. This filling device is ideal for small-volume bagging operations that require filling speed.

■Drum and measuring cup

The content can be adjusted by moving the special measuring cup set inside the rotating drum up and down. You can also measure smaller amounts by inverting the cup. The capacity correspondence depending on the drum type and measuring cup combination is as follows. Please specify the measuring drum and special cup at the time of purchase. (*1 drum and 1 cup included as standard)

■Recommended raw materials

Ingredients that can be measured with a measuring cup. It is more suitable for granular materials that flow well, such as granules, than powders. If the powder is fine, it may erupt from the gaps. The size of the grains can be up to φ4, but they will be more likely to get chewed up or crumble.

■Compatible proven raw materials

・No agitator: seasonings, rice, pellets, sesame, red beans, detergent, etc. ・With agitator/auger: salt, toner powder, activated carbon powder, soybean powder, etc. ・Special agitator blade: grain ice
