About This Product

A compact model that automatically measures and mixes two types of powder raw materials.

■Measurement is loss-in or batch type

There are two main types of measuring methods: loss-in method and measuring container (measuring batch) method. The weight of the feeder and hopper as a whole is measured using a load cell, and the weight of the feeder and hopper is measured and controlled to control the reduced amount.The other method is the loss-in method, in which the weight of the entire feeder and hopper is measured and controlled by a load cell.The material discharged from the feeder is received in a container (weighing container) for weighing, and this weight is measured and controlled by the load cell. There is a way to do it. With the loss-in type, each can be metered and supplied at the same time, so the overall takt time is faster. In addition, since the liquid is dropped directly into the mixer, the structure is simple and the height of the device can be kept low.

■Mix with a ribbon mixer

Two types of powder raw materials are metered and supplied in set amounts, and mixed using a ribbon mixer. The optimal shape of the ribbon blade is selected depending on the combination of raw materials such as pellets, pellets + powder, powder + powder, etc. Mixing can be done in a shorter time compared to the rotating container type.
