About This Product
■One-touch bag setting, dedicated filling machine for bagging powder raw materials that minimizes dust scattering
Weigh and control the weight of raw materials discharged from the hopper. The operator simply inserts the bag into the discharge chute and presses the operation button (foot switch). It also prevents dust from scattering to the surrounding area during measuring and filling.
■Easy bag set prevents dust from scattering
Setting up the bag is easy. Just insert the bag into the discharge chute. To prevent dust from scattering from the top, please hold it lightly and cover your mouth when setting it.
There is no need for troublesome work such as fixing or removing the opening of the bag with a jig.
■Elevating work table
Equipped with a work table to support bags being filled and to store empty bags and filled bags. Although the height is manual, it can be raised and lowered, making it very convenient as it can be adjusted according to the height of the worker or the height of the bag.
■Applicable raw materials: Mainly filling small bags for food, health foods, etc.
Wheat flour, rice flour, furikake, various spices, powdered matcha, salt, powdered soup stock, coffee, shichimi, soft flour, strong flour, collagen powder, soybean flour, etc.
