About This Product

A screw feeder with little leftover material and less bridging.

■Features

・Since the hopper and feeder are integrated and have a wide opening, the screw can penetrate easily and is difficult to bridge. ・As the hopper is connected to the feeder at an acute angle, there is very little leftover raw material. ・Disassembling the screw of the hopper feeder, which used to be difficult to disassemble, is now easy. ・You can increase the hopper capacity by adding a straight section.

■Raw material air conveyance combination with suction loader

A suction loader, an air transport device, is mounted on the hopper for automatic replenishment of powder raw materials. This system detects the amount remaining in the hopper and automatically replenishes raw materials using air conveyance when it becomes low.
