About This Product
A fixed-quantity feeder that automatically controls the flow rate while managing the weight of the reduced raw material in the hopper in real time. Calculate the weight loss of the powder discharged from the feed based on the total weight of the hopper and feeder. Quantitative supply is controlled so that the rate of reduction is constant relative to the set value.
You want to stabilize the screw supply amount at a constant amount (flow rate control), you want to stabilize the concentration of the liquid in the tank and the raw material to be supplied, you want to use it as a measuring device, and you cannot measure it at the feed destination (to a stirring mixing tank or extruder). It can be used for various purposes such as supply).
