■Screw feeder section: Select the screw according to the raw material and supply capacityLineup includes single axis and two axis. For single shafts, we have a lineup of feeder sizes that match the feeding capacity, as well as screws and feeders for "pellets," "powder," and "accuracy" as basic parts, and you can select one according to your required specifications. .

■Hopper part: Stainless steel round (inner surface polished)- The standard hopper is made of round stainless steel (SUS304).
・External surface/Flange: 2B material
・Inner surface: #400 abrasive material
・Capacity: In addition to 20L (standard), you can select from 10 to 100L.
・Optional: For raw materials that are prone to bridging (powder clogging due to agglomeration) in the hopper, an agitator (bridge breaker) = stirring blade is also available to prevent bridging. Like the screw, the rotation speed can be adjusted using an inverter. In addition, various shapes of blades are available depending on the characteristics of the powder.

■Screw disassembly structureThe hopper, screw feeder, and screw can be easily disassembled without tools. This is an ultra-fast decomposition mechanism that is convenient when changing raw materials and cleaning.
