About This Product
The PSP-200A series is designed for automatic control of small and medium-sized air compressors. When the compressor starts and the pressure rises and reaches the upper limit setting, the electrical contact turns OFF and at the same time, the residual pressure in the compressor pressurized section is automatically exhausted from the piping by the release valve attached to the rear.
A special bellows is used in the pressure-receiving part, and the structure is such that the rapid movement of the operating lever simultaneously operates the release valve and opens the contacts, and at the time of starting, the release valve returns and the contacts close. Please use PSP-200B for automatic control of compressors that do not require a release valve.
■About the release valve
Release valves are manufactured by each compressor manufacturer. We have release valves for piping sizes Φ6mm and Φ6.35mm (1/4in.). Piping sizes vary depending on the manufacturer, so be sure to check the piping size before purchasing and install a compatible release valve.
■Precautions when wiring
The PSP series does not have a motor overload prevention device, so please use a magnetic switch, etc. for loads over 1.5kW.
