About This Product

■Features

・Programs are created using LabVIEW and Teststand, using a platform that is easy to expand. ・PWM constant current feedback control and dither control possible in real time ・Multiple solenoids can be controlled simultaneously with different patterns ・Solenoid effective voltage, current, pressure, flow rate, oil temperature, etc. can be recorded simultaneously. ・It is possible to process the collected data to list numerical values, create graphs, analyze, and judge the test. ・Jigs, harnesses, signal adjustment, etc. can be selected and manufactured according to the object to be inspected. ・In addition to device control, surrounding sensor information is also recorded at the same time.

・Current control (PWM control, PID control, dither control) ・Voltage control (ON/OFF control) ・Voltage measurement ・Current measurement ・Pressure measurement ・Temperature measurement ・Automatic judgment, report function application

■Parallel control

・Can control multiple motors and solenoids in parallel ・Compatible with two control methods: current control/voltage control ・Control patterns can be set individually for each device

■DUTY (duty ratio) control

Using FPGA, high-speed feedback is achieved by monitoring the current that actually flows and changing the next cycle's DUTY based on the average value for one cycle.

■PWM control + dither control

Uncertainty in control due to static friction/dynamic friction of moving parts can be reduced by dither control (giving fluctuations to control current/voltage).
