About This Product

A tester that measures the two-dimensional magnetic properties of steel sheet samples such as grain-oriented electrical steel sheets used in transformers.This tester automatically adjusts the magnetic field so that the magnetic flux density has an arbitrary shape, from measuring the characteristics when excited in a simple circle with a sin wave-like magnetic field. It is possible to perform tracking measurements. Both the hardware (PXI) and software (LabVIEW) are general-purpose products, allowing for a high degree of customization. System configuration

・Control waveform frequency: 50 to 1kHz (measurement sampling frequency 20kHz) ・Controllable magnetic flux density: ~1.7T ・Number of measurement channels: 6 channels (4 channels for magnetic flux density/magnetic field, 2 channels for arbitrary acquisition) ・Number of output channels for excitation: 2ch

■Features

・Automatic tracking control to two-dimensional arbitrary waveforms is possible using a unique algorithm The excitation output is automatically controlled so that the arbitrary waveform you set matches the measured magnetic flux density data. ・Result files can be saved as EXCEL data (CSV file) At the end of measurement, one cycle of waveform data is automatically saved as a CSV format data file. ・Unique measurements can be realized with LabVIEW The software is developed in LabVIEW, making it easy to customize. ・Compatible with test automation software (optional) By incorporating this software into test automation software (NI TestStand), it can be adapted to environments that require automated testing.
