About This Product

We propose a system that enables visualization and exploration of sound sources using a microphone array and acoustic vibration analysis software SignalPad.

■Features

・Acoustic camera can be used for many R&D and fault diagnosis ・Optimization of NVH performance of automobiles and home appliances ・Identification of abnormal noise locations in automobiles, equipment, machine tools, injection molding machines, generators, and other equipment ・Measurement, analysis, and judgment can be performed immediately using software with an easy-to-use user interface.

・25 frames/second ・Algorithm: Beamforming, TDOA ・Use NI PXI, cDAQ or cRIO

・Abnormal noise test from dashboard Detects abnormal noises coming from the dashboard. ・Steering noise Testing noise sources in rotating machinery ・Car audio, abnormal door noise Detects low sounds from car audio, creaking doors, and other strange noises. ・Automotive airtightness test The camera scans and detects the sound leaking from the car. ・Time series exploration of abnormal sounds ・Transmission bearing failure detection
