About This Product

APD (amplitude probability distribution) is a statistical method that shows the relationship between power level and time frequency from a signal's time waveform in a single graph. This instrument measures the temporal variation of noise in bandwidth and time at the high frequencies used in wireless communications, and calculates both the noise intensity and probability.

・DC/DC noise distribution measurement No noise is visible on the spectrum. APD distribution measurement provides the noise distribution. ・IC magnetic field distribution measurement It does not appear in the distribution on the spectrum. If measuring APD distribution, it will appear in the distribution.
