About This Product

As automobiles become increasingly electronic, the load on batteries continues to increase. While voltage fluctuations due to increased loads are increasing, in-vehicle electrical equipment is becoming more sophisticated and complex, and fluctuations in power supply voltage have become one of the causes of serious functional failures. As a result, evaluation and testing of the stability of in-vehicle equipment against power supply voltage fluctuations is becoming more necessary than ever. Peritec has developed a power supply voltage fluctuation test automation system as a solution to these issues.

・Check for incorrect operation by varying the power supply voltage ・Full automation of visual inspection through image processing ・Monitoring and control of CAN/LIN communication etc. possible ・Select/delete test items, change test order, output report of test results ・Can be selected and manufactured according to the object to be inspected, such as cameras, stages, jigs, dark boxes, etc. ・Achieved complete automation of power supply voltage fluctuation tests for in-vehicle electrical components. Reduce the burden of testing ・In addition to being compatible with ISO16750-2 standards, all power supply voltage fluctuations are possible. ・Fully automatically determines malfunctions of DUT including images ・Using PXI (modular instrumentation), it is possible to expand functions as needed, realizing multi-product support and long system life. ・Adopts a configuration that amplifies PXI analog output with a bipolar power supply ・Able to respond to changes in ISO16750-2 standards ・It is also possible to create arbitrary fluctuation patterns from the waveform editing application.
