IDB-AKM is a static eliminator bar connected to an air knife. The Air Knife is an air flow amplifier, which amplifies the actual compressed air flow used by a factor of approximately 30 times, allowing significant energy savings in terms of power to generate the compressed air. . These air blades allow air to escape through gaps as small as 0.05mm, making them an ideal means of drying and cleaning surfaces and neutralizing static electricity.
The use of the IDB-AKM anti-static bar with air knife can be used in a variety of applications, especially in the plastics, graphics, painting, wood and automotive industries.
